Concentra has been leading occupational medicine for more than 35 years. We provide occupational medicine, urgent care, physical therapy, and health services. We treat everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our medical team consists of board-certified medical doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical specialists.

Specialists Services
As well as PT, urgent care, and occupational health, Concentra in Southfield offers medical specialist care for employers and their employees. Our specialist network is called Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS) and offers many medical specialties, such as hand surgery, physiatry, and orthopedics. In addition to CAS, a lot of our centers also provide specialty services. These include immigration physicals, quantitative respirator tests, and travel health. Services vary by center.
Concentra HUB
Concentra HUB is a fully integrated occupational health platform that offers 24/7 access to test results, authorizations, and reports. You can easily view, print, or download information as soon as it is entered into the system. Concentra HUB is highly secure, requiring a combined ID/password login to ensure that each user accesses pertinent data only. Additionally, it provides other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.

When an employee experiences a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can be a useful solution for treatment. This can help avoid unnecessary visits to the hospital or urgent care facilities, minimize lost duty time, and ultimately improve overall productivity.

Be it minor strains, sprains, work-related rashes, or any other similar injuries, Concentra Telemed is always available to offer prompt care, regardless of your location or the time of day.
