LOOK INSIDE THE FIELD SALES ORGANIZATION
Concentra’s field sales organization is composed primarily of five key roles: account executive, team lead, key account manager, director of sales, and regional vice president of sales. These colleagues report to the vice president of field sales.

Account Executive
Account executives bring new business to Concentra by making calls, meeting with prospects, and engaging on social media. They get commission and a base salary – the more business they win, the more they make. They report to a director of sales.

Key Account ManagerKey account managers work with a set portfolio of customers. They ensure that each customer gets great service and help them maximize value from Concentra services. Key account managers report to each region’s vice president of sales.

Market LeadMarket leads are account executives promoted for excellent performance. They’re also responsible for bringing in new business, and they serve as mentors for new account executives. Market leads report to their area’s director of sales.

Director of SalesA director of sales is often promoted from team lead. He or she leads a team of account executives and is responsible for setting team goals, managing his or her territory, and coaching account executives. They report to their region’s vice president of sales.

Regional Vice President, SalesA regional vice president of sales is typically promoted from within. He or she manages directors of sales, key account managers, and drives strategy for each sales territory. They report to the vice president of national sales.
