We provide occupational health and urgent care, and physical therapy and wellness services. Our skilled clinicians treat a variety of injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Concentra clinicians consist of board-certified physicians, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and medical specialists.

Specialists Services
Concentra in Park Place offers medical specialist care in addition to occupational health, urgent care, and PT services. Through our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), we can provide many different medical specialties for businesses and their employees. These specialties include, but are not limited to, hand surgery, orthopedics (specific and general), and physiatry. Concentra medical centers can also perform specialty medical services. The availability of these services varies by center, but they include immigration exams, travel health, and quantitative respirator fit tests.

Get 24/7 access to test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports with Concentra HUB, a fully integrated occupational health platform. Users can view, print, or download the necessary information as soon as it is entered into the system. With complete security measures in place, including a combined ID/password login, Concentra HUB ensures that each user accesses pertinent data only . Additionally, Concentra HUB offers a host of features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.
Telemedicine
If an employee sustains a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® comes in handy as an occupational health telemedicine solution that can be used for treatment. It can help employees avoid unwarranted trips to the hospital or urgent care facilities and reduce lost duty time, thereby improving overall productivity.

Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® is a convenient telemedicine service that offers treatment for relatively minor work injuries and illnesses. It helps avoid unnecessary hospital or urgent care visits and provides 24/7 access to care. However, it is important to note that Concentra Telemed is not appropriate for serious or life-threatening conditions. In such cases, it is recommended to seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
