Concentra Northside is designed to create an efficient, welcoming patient experience. We have several patient exam rooms, a spacious physical therapy area, and other amenities designed to help us give great care. Right next door to local businesses, we’re also just a few minutes away from major freeways.Services Provided
We provide occupational and urgent medical care, and physical therapy and wellness offerings. Concentra provides treatment for an extensive variety of injuries and illnesses, such as sprains and broken bones and coughs, colds, and flu. Our medical team is composed of board-certified doctors, certified physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and medical specialists.

Specialists Services
In addition to work health, urgent care, and physical therapy services, Concentra Northside provides specialist care for businesses and their employees. Our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), partners with a lot of medical specialties including hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. In addition to Concentra Advanced Specialists, some of our medical centers also provide select specialty services. These include immigration physicals, travel health, and quantitative respirator fit tests. Availability varies by center.
Concentra HUB
Concentra HUB is a fully integrated occupational health platform that offers 24/7 access to test results, authorizations, and reports. You can easily view, print, or download information as soon as it is entered into the system. Concentra HUB is highly secure, requiring a combined ID/password login to ensure that each user accesses pertinent data only. Additionally, it provides other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.
Telemedicine
When an employee experiences a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can be a useful solution for treatment. This can help avoid unnecessary visits to the hospital or urgent care facilities, minimize lost duty time, and ultimately improve overall productivity.

Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. We make paying for your visit easy for you by accepting several types of payment.
Telemedicine
If you have a minor work-related injury or illnesses that doesn’t require in-person care, Concentra Telemed® is a good option. Be it minor strains, sprains, work-related rashes, or any other similar injuries, Concentra Telemed is always available to offer prompt care, regardless of your location or the time of day.
