We provide occupational health and urgent care, and physical therapy and wellness services. Our skilled clinicians treat a variety of injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Concentra clinicians consist of board-certified physicians, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and medical specialists.

Specialists Services
Concentra in First Avenue offers medical specialist care in addition to occupational health, urgent care, and PT services. Through our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), we can provide many different medical specialties for businesses and their employees. These specialties include, but are not limited to, hand surgery, orthopedics (specific and general), and physiatry. Concentra medical centers can also perform specialty medical services. The availability of these services varies by center, but they include immigration exams, travel health, and quantitative respirator fit tests.

Concentra HUB provides employers with online access to employee test results, reporting, and authorizations at any time, making it more convenient to run their business. Employers can access a range of features through Concentra HUB, including employee injury and non-injury results, online access to employee visit activity, the ability to authorize services online, and the capability to manage and validate their own account information. With Concentra HUB, employers can take control of their business operations and make informed decisions to ensure the health and safety of their workforce.
Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® can be a useful telemedicine solution for employees who suffer from minor work injuries or illnesses. By providing occupational health treatment remotely, it can help prevent unnecessary trips to hospitals or urgent care facilities and minimize lost duty time. This, in turn, can boost overall productivity.

Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. We make paying for your visit easy for you by accepting several types of payment.
Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® offers 24/7 access to medical treatment for work related injuries or illness. However, it is important to note that this service is not suitable for serious or life-threatening conditions. In such cases, it is recommended to seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
