About the Center
Concentra Orem has our signature design and bright new interior that makes for a warm, friendly patient experience. We have a lot of exam rooms, a big physical therapy area, and our whole center is designed to create a great patient experience. This center is just a few minutes away from major roadways and local businesses.Services Provided
Concentra has been providing occupational medicine for more than 35 years, and offers urgent care, physical therapy and wellness services. We treat everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinical team includes board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.
Specialists Services
Urgent care, occupational medicine, and PT aren’t the only health care services we provide. Concentra in Orem also offers medical specialty care via Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), our medical specialist network. CAS includes a wide variety of specialties, like hand surgery, orthopedics (general and specific), and physiatry. Through our centers, Concentra can also provide specialty services such as travel health, immigration physicals, and quantitative respirator tests.
Concentra HUB
With the Concentra HUB platform, users can effortlessly access a comprehensive occupational health solution that allows them to view test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports quickly and securely around the clock. Once the data is entered into the system, users can easily view, print, or download it whenever required. Concentra HUB is completely secure and requires a combined ID/password login to ensure that users access pertinent data only.
Telemedicine
If employees have minor work-related injuries or illnesses, Concentra Telemed® is a telemedicine solution that can help. By using this service, employees can avoid unnecessary hospital or urgent care visits and minimize lost time for a positive impact on productivity.

Telemedicine
With Concentra Telemed®, you can receive timely and convenient care for minor work-related injuries and illnesses from the comfort of your own home or office. Concentra Telemed is ideal for injuries that don't require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, work-related rashes, and many other similar ailments.
