Concentra health services include occupational health and urgent care, as well as physical therapy and other health services. We provide treatment for everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinical team consists of board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialist clinicians.

Specialists Services
On top of occupational medicine, PT, and urgent care, Concentra Tyler also offers medical specialty care for employers and their workers. Our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), provides a variety of medical specialties including hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. Many of our centers also offer specialty services in addition to CAS. These services include travel health, immigration physical examinations, and quantitative respirator fit tests.

The Concentra HUB offers a range of features for employers such as online access to employee visit activity, authorization of services online, access to employee injury and non-injury results, and the ability to manage and validate account information.

If an employee suffers a minor work injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can be used to provide treatment. This helps prevent unnecessary visits to hospitals or urgent care facilities, reducing lost duty time and boosting productivity.
