DeSoto’s Concentra medical center is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for employees. We have a lot of patient exam rooms, an open PT area, and a relaxing center design to support a positive patient experience. Our center is located near one of [Addison]’s busy business parks and a major freeway, and serves many businesses and workers nearby.Services Provided
Concentra has been a leader in occupational health for more than 35 years. Today, we provide everything from urgent care to physical therapy and wellness services. Our clinicians treat a lot of different injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. They include board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialists.

These services can include quantitative respirator fit tests, immigration physicals, and travel health.

With Concentra HUB, you can easily authorize services, access your employee injury and non-injury results, and track employee visit activity online. Additionally, you can manage and validate your own account information, making it easier for you to get the information you need to run your business anytime.

Concentra Telemed® is an efficient telemedicine platform designed for the treatment of minor work injuries and illnesses for employees. Its primary objective is to reduce needless hospital or urgent care visits, helping to avoid lost duty hours and enhancing overall productivity.
