Exton’s Concentra medical center features a signature design created to evoke a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Our center has many exam rooms, a large PT space, and a patient-focused design to help create a positive health care experience. We offer occupational and urgent medical care, as well as physical therapy and wellness services. We offer treatment for a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinical team is comprised of board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.

Specialists Services
Physical therapy, workplace health, and immediate care aren’t the only services Concentra in Exton has to offer. We also deliver medical specialty care through Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), our medical specialist network. CAS partners with fourteen unique specialties, including hand surgery, orthopedics (general and specific), and physiatry. Our medical centers can also provide select specialty services that vary by center, such as travel health, immigration exams, and quantitative respirator fit tests.

The Concentra HUB platform offers users a comprehensive occupational health solution that can provide quick and secure access to test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports at any time of the day. Upon entering data into the system, users can effortlessly view, print, or download it as required. Additionally, each user accesses pertinent data only as Concentra HUB is fully secure and requires a combined ID/password login.
Telemedicine
When employees experience minor work-related injuries or illnesses, Concentra Telemed® provides a telemedicine solution that can assist. This occupational health service can offer a way for employees to avoid unnecessary visits to the hospital or urgent care and reduce lost duty time, helping to improve overall productivity.

Concentra Telemed® provides prompt and convenient access to treatment for minor work-related injuries and illnesses, regardless of your location or the time of day. You can use Concentra Telemed to treat injuries that do not require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, work-related rashes, and more.
