With the Concentra HUB platform, users can effortlessly access a comprehensive occupational health solution that allows them to view test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports quickly and securely around the clock. Once the data is entered into the system, users can easily view, print, or download it whenever required. Concentra HUB is completely secure and requires a combined ID/password login to ensure that users access pertinent data only.

Telemedicine
With Concentra Telemed®, you can receive timely and convenient care for minor work-related injuries and illnesses from the comfort of your own home or office. Concentra Telemed is ideal for injuries that don't require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, work-related rashes, and many other similar ailments.
All online inquiry forms will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CT on May 7 through 10 p.m. CT on May 12 due to system maintenance. Responses will be slower than usual during this time.
