The South Portland center is designed to create a warm and friendly patient atmosphere. It has our signature design and bright new interior. We also have a lot of exam rooms, a big physical therapy space, and more. Our medical center is located near local businesses, and conveniently close to major roadways.Services Provided
We specialize in occupational medicine and urgent care, as well as physical therapy and wellness services. Our experienced clinicians treat a wide range of injuries and illnesses, including sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Concentra clinicians include board-certified physicians, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.

PT, urgent care, and workforce health aren’t the only medical care services Concentra South Portland can deliver. We also provide medical specialty care via our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS). It includes a lot of different medical specialties like hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. Concentra also offers specialty medical services like travel health, immigration physical examinations, and quantitative respirator fit tests in our medical centers.

The Concentra HUB platform offers users a comprehensive occupational health solution that can provide quick and secure access to test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports at any time of the day. Upon entering data into the system, users can effortlessly view, print, or download it as required. Additionally, each user accesses pertinent data only as Concentra HUB is fully secure and requires a combined ID/password login.
Telemedicine
When employees experience minor work-related injuries or illnesses, Concentra Telemed® provides a telemedicine solution that can assist. This occupational health service can offer a way for employees to avoid unnecessary visits to the hospital or urgent care and reduce lost duty time, helping to improve overall productivity.

Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® provides prompt and convenient access to treatment for minor work-related injuries and illnesses, regardless of your location or the time of day. You can use Concentra Telemed to treat injuries that do not require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, work-related rashes, and more.
