Concentra health services include occupational health and urgent care, as well as physical therapy and other health services. We provide treatment for everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinical team consists of board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialist clinicians.

Specialists Services
On top of occupational medicine, PT, and urgent care, Concentra South Bend also offers medical specialty care for employers and their workers. Our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), provides a variety of medical specialties including hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. Many of our centers also offer specialty services in addition to CAS. These services include travel health, immigration physical examinations, and quantitative respirator fit tests.
