About the Center
Indy 86th Street’s Concentra medical center is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for employees. We have a lot of patient exam rooms, an open PT area, and a relaxing center design to support a positive patient experience. Our center is located near one of [Addison]’s busy business parks and a major freeway, and serves many businesses and workers nearby.Services Provided
Concentra has been a leader in occupational health for more than 35 years. Today, we provide everything from urgent care to physical therapy and wellness services. Our clinicians treat a lot of different injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. They include board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialists.
Concentra HUB
With Concentra HUB, employers can easily access their employees' test results, authorizations, and reports online at any time. This feature makes it more convenient and easier for businesses to get the information they need to run their operations. The Concentra HUB offers a range of features for employers such as online access to employee visit activity, authorization of services online, access to employee injury and non-injury results, and the ability to manage and validate account information.
Telemedicine
If an employee suffers a minor work injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can be used to provide treatment. This helps prevent unnecessary visits to hospitals or urgent care facilities, reducing lost duty time and boosting productivity.
