Once the data is entered into the system, users can easily view, print, or download it whenever required. Concentra HUB is completely secure and requires a combined ID/password login to ensure that users access pertinent data only.

With Concentra Telemed®, you can receive timely and convenient care for minor work-related injuries and illnesses from the comfort of your own home or office. Concentra Telemed is ideal for injuries that don't require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, work-related rashes, and many other similar ailments.
