Pueblo’s Concentra medical center is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for employees. We have a lot of patient exam rooms, an open PT area, and a relaxing center design to support a positive patient experience. Our center is located near one of [Addison]’s busy business parks and a major freeway, and serves many businesses and workers nearby.Services Provided

Our clinicians treat a lot of different injuries and illnesses, from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. They include board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialists.

Concentra HUB's secure login features ensure that each user accesses pertinent data only. Other features include non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time, non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.
