Concentra provides occupational health and urgent care, as well as physical therapy and wellness services. We can treat everything from work injuries and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our medical colleagues include board-certified physicians, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and a variety of medical specialists.

Specialty services such as travel health, quantitative respirator fit tests, and immigration physicals can be provided at many Concentra centers. Some centers can provide all of them, some can provide just a few—but the one thing all our centers can provide is medical specialty care, through our specialist network Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS). CAS in Irwindale makes it possible for us to deliver specialty care like hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry so that it’s easy for workers to get the treatment they need right away.
