About the Center
Our Gilroy center is the newest location to our network of medical centers, presenting patients with an innovative and advanced medical experience set within a warm and inviting atmosphere. The center is designed around the patient experience, with comfortable exam rooms, a well-equipped physical therapy space, and unique design to create a positive health care visit. This center is part of Gilroy’s new city center area, joining other shops and restaurants, providing easy access for patients seeking quality care.Services Provided
Our health services include occupational medicine, injury care, urgent care, physical therapy, and wellness. Concentra provides treatment for everything from work injuries and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our medical team includes board-certified doctors, certified physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and specialist clinicians.

Specialists Services
Concentra in Gilroy does our best to provide a simple, convenient health care experience for workers and their employers. With that goal in mind, we’ve partnered with medical specialists nationwide so that we can provide specialist care in our centers to employees. Called “Concentra Advanced Specialists” (CAS), our specialist network can provide fourteen different specialties, including physiatry, hand surgery, and general and specific orthopedics. Some of our centers can also provide other specialty services in addition to CAS. These can include travel health, quantitative respirator fit tests, and immigration examinations.

Concentra HUB
Concentra HUB is an advanced occupational health platform that offers round-the-clock access to health test results (such as drug tests), authorizations, and reports. Users can easily view, print, or download relevant information as soon as it is entered into the system. Concentra HUB is fully secure, with a combined ID/password login, ensuring that each user accesses pertinent data only. Additionally, Concentra HUB offers other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations
Telemedicine
If an employee experiences minor work injuries or illnesses, Concentra Telemed® is a telemedicine solution that can be used to provide treatment. The solution is designed to avoid unnecessary hospital or urgent care visits. This means less time away from work and a positive impact on productivity.
Urgent Care Medical Center Visits
Concentra offers occupational and urgent medical care, as well as physical therapy and wellness services. We treat everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinicians include board-certified doctors, licensed physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other medical professionals.
Telemedicine
If you have experienced a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can help. Concentra Telemed enables you to receive timely and efficient treatment for minor sprains, strains, work-related skin irritations, and comparable injuries without having to visit in person. Regardless of your location or the time of day, Concentra Telemed is accessible to deliver the health care you require.
