Concentra has been a leader in occupational health for more than 35 years. We provide occupational health, urgent care, physical therapy, and health services. We treat everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our clinical organization include board-certified medical doctors, certified physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other clinical experts.

Concentra Richmond’s mission is to improve the health of America’s workforce, one patient at a time. To do this, we don’t just provide occupational health, urgent care, and physical therapy—we deliver medical specialist care, too. Through our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), we provide 14 different kinds of specialist care, including hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. Concentra also offers other specialty services that vary by center. These include travel health, immigration physical examinations, quantitative respirator fit tests, and more.

With Concentra HUB, you get a fully integrated occupational health platform that provides you with round-the-clock access to your test results, authorizations, and reports. You can easily view, print, or download the information you need as soon as it is entered into the system. Concentra HUB's secure login requires a combined ID/password login to ensure that authorized users access pertinent data only. In addition to its secure login features, Concentra HUB offers other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results. These features make it easier for you to manage your occupational health needs efficiently and effectively.
Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® is an effective telemedicine platform that caters to employees with minor work-related injuries and illnesses. With this occupational health solution, employees can avoid unnecessary visits to hospitals or urgent care centers and extended time away from work for enhanced productivity.

Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. We make paying for your visit easy for you by accepting several types of payment.
Telemedicine
With Concentra Telemed®, you can get care for minor work-related injuries and illnesses from anywhere, at any time. It's a convenient option that covers injuries that don't require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, and work-related rashes, among others. However, keep in mind that Concentra Telemed is not appropriate for serious or life-threatening conditions. If you or someone around you experiences such conditions, please seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
