What is the Hemoccult ICT 2-Day FIT?

The Hemoccult ICT 2-Day FIT (fecal immunochemical test) is a fit test used to screen firefighters or other employees who work in environments that expose them to cancer-causing agents. The screening detects bleeding in the lower intestines commonly associated with colorectal cancer or related conditions, such as colitis and diverticulitis.
