WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:

  • Clinical environment - 100% outpatient
  • Primarily Occupational Medicine/Workplace Health patient population
  • Employee Health Preventive Exams & Managing Minor Injuries
  • 7 locations in the Nashville Metro Area 
  • Sign up for shifts 1-2+ months in advance
  • Shift times are generally 8am-5pm, although 1/2 days & partial shifts are also available
  • Limited weekend hours available
  • Utilize Allscripts EMR
  • Work alongside full front & back office support staff + physician peers + nurse practitioner & physician assistant colleagues
  • Digital Xray OnSite
  • Physical Therapy Department OnSite

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

  • Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred in aan ABMS or AOA recognized specialty
  • Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare (for small percentage of walk-in Urgent Care patients)
