Mike Rhine

Mike Rhine leads national operations for Concentra's onsite health and telemedicine businesses. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the programs, including strategy, operational performance, account management, customer and patient experience, and overall business growth.

Since joining Concentra in 2003, Mike has held a variety of leadership positions across the organization, progressing from physical therapy leadership into regional and national operations roles. Most recently, he served as vice president of operations for Concentra's Northeast Region, where he oversaw multi-state operations and led initiatives focused on operational excellence, technology implementation, financial performance, and service quality. With more than two decades of experience in occupational health, Mike brings deep expertise in operations leadership, workers' compensation, and the evolving healthcare needs of employers and employees.

Mike earned a bachelor's degree in biology from East Stroudsburg University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. and a bachelor's degree in biology from East Stroudsburg University.
