Since 1999, our company’s foundational values have found clear expression in the Concentra Integrity Program, which encompassed our code of business conduct and ethics.
As a member of the Select Medical family of companies, Concentra has adopted Select Medical’s Code of Conduct as our official ethics and integrity program document. Concentra and Select Medical are committed to maintaining high ethical standards in the conduct of our business and doing the right thing, in the right way, for the right reasons.
Should any concerns arise during the course of business, employees can report compliance concerns anonymously via a special telephone help line. Through this program, Concentra and Select Medical will continue to show that maintaining high ethical standards is not simply the right thing to do, but that it is also good business.
Code Of conduct
The following, from Select Medical’s president and chief executive officer, is excerpted from the introduction to the Code of Conduct:
