Concentra Adds New Medical Center in Kenosha
New center expands Concentra’s footprint in Wisconsin and gives employers additional options for care
ADDISON, Texas – August 17, 2020 — Concentra®, the nation’s leader in occupational medicine, today announced the opening of a new medical center in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The medical center is conveniently located between 31st and 75th streets at 6302 75th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin, 53142.
The new medical center will introduce Concentra to employers and their employees in and around Kenosha and expands the company’s footprint in the Wisconsin-Illinois area.

For COVID-19 testing, Concentra highly recommends initial screening via the company’s COVID-19 Assessment. Employees complete the assessment questionnaire and a Concentra clinician reviews the responses to determine if the employee can return to work or if testing for active infection, testing for antibodies, or an in-person clinical examination is recommended.
