Concentra Acquires Riverview-Arrowood Occupational Medicine

Acquisition extends Concentra’s footprint in the Carolinas and expands employer options for care

ADDISON, Texas — January 13, 2020 — Concentra®, the nation’s leader in occupational medicine, today announced the acquisition of Riverview and Arrowood Medical Centers in the Charlotte, North Carolina and Rock Hill, South Carolina.

  • The location at 1393 Celanese Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29732 will become Concentra – Rock Hill. Concentra will renovate this clinic in early 2020 to create a more efficient and accommodating environment.
  • The location at 9720 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273 will close and patients will be transferred to the Concentra - Steele Creek medical center at 8943 South Tryon Street, Suite K, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273, less than a mile away. Concentra will expand its Steele Creek facility to enable additional clinician coverage during the busiest hours of the day.

To help ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care, Robert Lesslie, MD, MPH will direct care at the new Concentra – Rock Hill location and Richard Bradner, MD, will join Concentra’s Steele Creek location.
