Concentra Colleague Spotlight: Adrian Lunick
October is National Physical Therapy Month, an annual opportunity to recognize and celebrate the transformative power of physical therapy. At Concentra, we pride ourselves on partnering with some of the most experienced and credentialed physical therapists in the industry. 75% of Concentra physical therapists hold advanced degrees.
We’re celebrating Physical Therapy Month by putting the spotlight on one of our own: Adrian Lunick, the Center Therapy Director of the Concentra Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida since 2005.
Adrian is a great example of the physical therapists who work at Concentra. He holds multiple degrees and certifications, including:
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario, Canada
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine Health Sciences
- Manual Therapy Certification
- Sports Therapy Certification
- APTA Orthopedic Certified Therapist
- Certified Emergency Medical Responder
He also has a Ministerial degree in Theology and a Master’s degree in Christian Ministerial Leadership.
Adrian truly has a passion for serving others. Beyond his career in physical therapy, he leads mission trips to Mexico, China, Spain, Ecuador, and the Philippines. Adrian also mentors local youth through an outreach center in Florida called “Centro Cristiano Dios es Amor.” He’s spent 14 years mentoring kids through fine arts development and educational programs that encourage productive life skills and promote positive behaviors. In part because of this, he’s developed a love for Hispanic culture and became fluent in Spanish.
As a missionary leader with the Ambassadors in Missions (AIM) program, Adrian helps provide physical therapy services and humanitarian aid for third world nations, while also teaching leadership seminars to youth. He hopes to lead a team to work with earthquake disaster victims in Nepal next summer.
Adrian Lunick is a great representation of Concentra’s values. His love of people and desire to serve others not only makes him a great physical therapist, but an incredible person. We’re honored to have him as a colleague.
