For many small businesses the idea of a wellness program may seem out of reach or too costly to apply to your business. But the reality is that there are many easy ways to introduce healthier habits and promote better employee well-being without breaking the bank. Below are some simple ways to promote wellness in the workplace, help to reduce employee stress, increase productivity, and create a great company culture.
The next section is titled “Work Environment” and contains two blurbs:

If you want to allow employees to smoke in certain areas, make sure to specify where. While most building are now designated as non-smoking, having an established policy and enforcing it will help to ensure a healthier culture.
The second, numbered “02,” shows a potted plant icon followed by the headline, “Bring plants to the office,” with content below stating, “Having plants in your workspace has been shown to increase productivity and reduce the number of sick days employees take each year.
