The Vice President of Information Technology Finance is responsible for the full financial lifecycle of our technology department, including end-to-end purchasing, software/hardware procurement, and vendor contract administration. You will serve as the primary link between IT, Finance, and Legal to optimize technology investments and lead the administrative workflows of the IT Finance and Procurement areas.

- Oversees all IT financial functions such as strategic analysis, operational planning, capital planning, budgeting, reporting, and controls
- Oversees the entire IT purchasing workflow, from initial requisition to final invoice approval
- Partner with Legal to review, finalize, and store Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Track IT asset inventories to ensure the company only pays for active software licenses and hardware maintenance
- Ensures comprehensive and complete analysis of capital versus expense, capitalization of internal software development activities, IT resource allocations, and project-specific ROI's.
- Oversees the financial tracking of large IT projects and major strategic initiatives
- Participates in ongoing digital transformation projects by partnering with IT and business leadership
- Participate in M&A activities and understand the overall financial impact and synergies to Concentra’s current IT processes and support
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Accounting or Finance Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
- Education Details: Certifications and/or Licenses: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
- 10 years’ experience in budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, and financial analysis, with minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- 3-5 years' experience with an IT organization
