Overview
Concentra On-Site Occupational Medicine / Primary Care Physician PART TIME
Schedule: One weekday shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM per week in the Syosset location; 2 hours monthly in the Bronx location; and 2 hours monthly in the Long Island location --> total 36 hours per month

We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Physician to provide medical oversight in the form of case/chart reviews, as well as provide direct patient care at our on-site Occupational Medicine / Primary Care practice.
In this role, you will provide high-quality medical care services while guiding clinical operations, mentoring providers, and driving innovation in advanced care delivery. Scope of care includes Occupational Medicine (work-related injuries, follow-up care, employment physicals, and testing), primary care for clients' employees and dependents, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Medicine and Primary Care. Perks include a competitive hourly rate and a flexible, part-time schedule!

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $140 - $150 per hour, depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.

- This on-site clinic-based position provides medical oversight by performing chart/case reviews, working directly with the client, and providing direct patient care

- Active and unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
- Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- NRCME/DOT certification
- MetraComp + NY WC Board authorization as required
- Occupational Medicine experience highly preferred
