Concentra Empire Central is bright and welcoming, designed to create a positive patient experience. We have several exam rooms, and a big PT area. Our whole center is designed for a great patient experience, from the upscale interior elements to the relaxing atmosphere. Concentra provides occupational health and urgent care, in addition to physical therapy and wellness services. We manage everything from sprains and broken bones to coughs, colds, and flu. Our medical team includes board-licensed physicians, certified physical therapists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, physician assistants, and other clinicians.

Specialists Services
Concentra in Empire Central provides a variety of specialty services to better serve businesses and their employees. Our centers can access our specialist network, Concentra Advanced Specialists (CAS), to deliver specialist care to employees. CAS includes 14 different specialties such as hand surgery, orthopedics, and physiatry. Concentra also provides other specialty services that vary by center, ranging from travel health and immigration exams to quantitative respirator fit tests and other specialty exams.
Concentra HUB
The Concentra HUB is an all-in-one occupational health platform that offers 24/7 access to test results, authorizations, and reports. Users can easily view, print, or download relevant information as soon as it is entered into the system. The platform is completely secure and requires a combined ID/password login, ensuring user access to pertinent data only. Additionally, Concentra HUB offers a host of other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.
Telemedicine
If an employee experiences a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can provide a telemedicine solution to help. With this service, the employee can avoid unnecessary hospital or urgent care visits and reduce lost duty time. Moreover, it can enhance overall productivity.

Payment in full is due at the time of your visit. We make paying for your visit easy for you by accepting several types of payment.
Telemedicine
Concentra Telemed® offers a convenient way to get care for injuries that don't require in-person care, such as minor sprains, minor strains, and work-related rashes, among others. You can get care from anywhere and at any time. However, Concentra Telemed is not suitable for serious or life-threatening conditions. In such cases, please seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
