A wide range of health and wellness physicals
Concentra provides a variety of physicals for patients and families, including school, camp, and sports physicals, as well as immigration examinations and health risk assessments.
- School, sports, and camp physicals determine whether a student athlete or camp attendee is medically and physically able to participate in activities. (Note: For private-pay patients, these physicals are typically not covered under private health insurance plans.)
- Immigration examinations conducted by designated Concentra civil surgeons confirm that immigrants arriving in the United States and applying for permanent residency meet the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security. This service is only available at select Concentra Medical Center locations, so please call your nearest clinic for details.
