Concentra provides quality health care, including urgent care, primary care, physical therapy, flu shots, and more, from experienced clinicians, board-certified physicians, licensed therapists, and trained medical technicians.

Our goal is to redefine patient care by treating you to a skillful, welcoming, respectful experience. We also want to make your visit as convenient as possible, which is why we take most health insurance plans and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis with no appointment needed.

Difference between urgent care and primary care

Primary care offers you doctors that focus on your long-term health, able to assess and treat your full health needs. Primary care physicians can treat the symptoms you are experiencing now, as well as monitor chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease, to help you live life fully.

Urgent care is the place to turn for medical situations that need immediate attention but are not life-threatening. Concentra Urgent Care treats acute injuries and ailments, such as broken bones, ear infections, sinus infections, sprains, and strains. There is no appointment necessary, and many locations have evening and weekend hours, for those unexpected conditions that can't wait until Monday.

The Orange Book is our guide to great care. Watch the story about Alvaro in El Paso and see why we call him "Orange Book Al."

"Welcoming goes beyond how we greet individuals. It includes how our facilities look, how we continually attend to a person's needs, and how we finish the visit and say goodbye."
