- Experience: Our physical therapy clinics are staffed by licensed physical therapists, not technicians. On average, our therapists have more than 10 years of clinical experience, and many also hold advanced qualifications and receive training in specialized areas.
- Hands-on approach: Concentra’s therapists use traditional hands-on methods and practical tools to treat a full range of musculoskeletal injuries, pain, and functional limitations, as well as orthopedic and hand/upper-extremity injuries. Since we avoid the use of machines in therapy, you can continue your therapy at home, which encourages faster improvement.

- Scheduling and customer care: We can reduce the time needed to schedule appointments and verify insurance through our convenient centralized scheduling group. Concentra’s referral coordinators will help you schedule an appointment with a therapist, usually less than 48 hours after you visit a physician and receive a referral.
- Communication with your physician: Our therapists communicate with your referring physician. If your treatment plan needs to be modified later, your therapist and physician can coordinate your care.

- Call us toll free at 888-997-2669 to schedule your first appointment. Have your prescription and insurance card available.
- For your first appointment, bring a copy of your signed prescription and proof of insurance coverage.
