Concentra Acquires One Source Occupational Medicine in Tulsa
ADDISON, Texas — June 5, 2023 — Concentra®, the nation’s leader in occupational medicine, today announced the acquisition of One Source Occupational Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As part of this acquisition, One Source Occupational Medicine at 1515 North Harvard Avenue, Suite B, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74115 will combine with and relocate to Concentra North Sheridan at 1541 North Sheridan Road, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74115.
Work injury care, physical therapy, drug testing, DOT physical exams, pre-placement exams, and other employer-related health services will be available at Concentra North Sheridan. In addition to these services, patients will have access to telemedicine for minor work injuries, rechecks, and more. Physical therapy will be provided five days a week during the medical center’s operating hours.
