We provide solutions that make it easy for employees to take ownership of their health and well-being such as online resources, dedicated clinical and customer care lines, and rewards and incentive programs to ensure employees are actively engaged in the program.

As part of Participant Engagement, this pillar includes the following components:

Digital Portal Tools: At Concentra, our patient portal gives employees full access to review their health records, schedule visits at the health and wellness center, track progress on health goals, and access health and wellness programming, education and resources.

Customer Service and Nurse Advice Lines: Two customer phone lines are dedicated to handling employee administrative questions and clinical guidance for any employee’s concern during onset injury or illness.

Rewards and Incentives: Rewards and incentives offer both monetary and non-monetary compensation focused on motivating employees who are active participants in the available health and well-being programs.
