The platform is completely secure and requires a combined ID/password login, ensuring user access to pertinent data only. Additionally, Concentra HUB offers a host of other features such as non-injury visit results for occupational health services, client lists to verify account associations, real-time non-injury visit activity status reports, and enhanced search functionality for quick results.
Telemedicine
If an employee experiences a minor work-related injury or illness, Concentra Telemed® can provide a telemedicine solution to help. With this service, the employee can avoid unnecessary hospital or urgent care visits and reduce lost duty time. Moreover, it can enhance overall productivity.
