Concentra, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., announced today it has expanded its reach in the Hinesville, Ga. market with the opening of a new center dedicated entirely to physical therapy.

Located at 2367 W. Highway 196, the new Concentra Physical Therapy center features spacious new physical therapy bays, advanced rehabilitation programs, state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, and multiple work simulation areas. This center is the first of its kind for the health care company, offering physical therapy services only and serves as an additional resource for Concentra’s existing medical centers in the surrounding area. Staffed by a full-time physical therapist and medical professional, the center is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“This is an excellent opportunity to further expand our service and presence in Jacksonville,” said Concentra National Therapy Director John Levene. “We are excited to pilot this new offering in southeast Georgia, and bring quality and convenient physical therapy services to patients, as well as serve as an additional resource for area physicians. The opening of the new Concentra Physical Therapy center represents the newest move to create additional access points for care.”

Concentra operates more than 320 national medical centers, all of which offer physical therapy alongside occupational and urgent care services. The addition of the new Concentra Physical Therapy center supports the company’s extensive client base, its long history as the leading provider of occupational medicine to employees, and a growing demand for convenient therapy services.

The company employs board-certified physicians, licensed therapists, occupational health specialists, and trained medical technicians to deliver exceptional heath care to patients across the country. For a complete list of locations, visit our location finder.
