Overview

Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, reporting, and oversight of Concentra’s digital marketing business intelligence applications which report on all marketing campaigns, customer journeys, customer insights, audience segmentation, and optimization of online communications using Microsoft D365 Marketing, Power BI and Customer Insights software applications. The Digital Analyst works closely with Digital product ownership, CRM Development Team, and Revenue Operations Team to design, deliver and manage all digital marketing reporting and customer insights. This analyst will ensure CRM Development and Product Owner has everything needed to complete and deliver all request for new reporting of KPI's and customer journeys

Responsibilities


• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Power BI, MS Customer Insights, and D365 Marketing Insights
• Create data tables and configure Power BI and Customer insights to deliver KPI, campaign, and marketing activity reporting in Dynamics CRM to delivery marketing goals
• Review customer journey segmentation / targeting to ensure campaign accuracy and delivery
• Work closely with CRM development and Digital product ownership for any development needs for Power BI, Customer Insights applications
• Provide analysis of marketing campaigns and activities to promote customer journeys for both existing and prospective customers
• Build out pages and modules for marketing landing / capture pages using SiteCore and D365 Marketing
• Work directly with external departments for reporting and pricing management
• Report on web traffic and social media using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and WebTrends
• Assist with reporting fixes for Product Owners(s) and Developers
• Work with Revenue Operations to set targets, objectives, and delivery metrics
• Using MS Marketing App and MS Customer Insights create customer segments to target existing customers and prospects within multiple data sources
• Update and track all reporting changes and/or development in Agile IS process

Qualifications

Education/Credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience
• In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Job-related Experience
• Customarily has at least 3 years of experience managing an enterprise level D365 Dynamics suite using Power BI, and Customer insights for multiple sites for a large, matrix corporation
