Responsibilities

The Content Specialist will support the company’s marketing efforts through the development of creative and compelling content across the range of communication channels. Responsible for planning, execution, and the development and distribution of error-free assets. Accountable for the on-time delivery of exceptional work products.


THE DETAILS

  • Develop content for articles, newsletters, videos, webinars, infographics, white papers, e-books, case studies, blog posts, social media, presentations, proposals, Concentra.com, other assignments
  • For assigned projects, conduct desk research, develop marketing brief, project outline, and timeline for launch of deliverables
  • Interview subject matter experts from product, clinical, and operations, as appropriate; translate information into captivating and concrete storytelling for identified audiences
  • Collaborate with creative, and digital teams to develop and execute distribution of content through identified channels
  • Write creatively to transform technical subject matter into relevant messages that resonate with, engage, and educate a variety of audiences
  • Establish strong relationships across departments to understand internal client needs, the Concentra value proposition, and relevant strategies and tactics

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or English from an accredited college/university

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Customarily has at least four years of writing experience, with samples of work products as proof
  • Health care experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills and careful attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of technical writing and the B2B market
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment
