Position Summary

This role is responsible for the management of highly-complex projects involving Concentra’s pharmaceutical product portfolio and programs that includes large budgets, complex stakeholder relationships and multiple, concurrent projects of moderate complexity. 

The Details

  • Manages Customer Support Team (CST) scheduling and coordination
  • Assists in development of process and work flow definitions/refinements to maintain
  • operational service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Assists in managing process to minimize inefficiencies
  • Provides support to clinical leadership in managing program’s clinical quality assurance/improvements and implementation of standard operating procedures
  • Performs operational Quality Assurance in cooperation with clinical leadership and Quality Improvement & Implementation (QII)
  • Trains front line staff on new work flows and processes to ensure compliance
  • Collaborates with and leads cross-functional team focused on continuous process improvements, quality assurance/improvements, and overall execution of program objectives
  • Supports the implementation of project-related change management initiatives
  • Optimizes the use of technology to create scalable solutions to business challenges
  • Coordinates schedules and ad hoc reporting as may be required or requested by Concentra and/or Client(s)

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent 

Job-related experience

  • Customarily has at least two or more years of experience in the medical field
  • Clinical operations experience
  • Experience managing/coordinating, producing results in network environment or decentralized locations
