POSITION SUMMARY

The Wintel Systems Analyst I will be focused primarily on the support

of Concentra’s windows environment. Additionally, the Wintel Analyst

will provide technical guidance and oversight for mission-critical

Application, Core Infrastructure, Citrix, Exchange, and Virtualization projects.

The Analyst I works on an On-Call rotation responding to alerts within the defined SLA, including weekends and after hours.

Responsibilities

THE DETAILS
• Responsible for maintaining windows servers, including building and monthly patching.
• Build, install, configure, monitor physical servers and virtual machines in VMware Vcenter
infrastructure.
• Provide detailed documentation and KB articles to solution center support
• Citrix administration and support 7.15 and later
• Provide extended support to end users and escalations
• Work on an On-Call rotation responding to alerts within the defined SLA, including weekends and
after hours.
• Microsoft office and outlook support
• Work with other teams to support production applications.
• Acquisitions, migrating data, application servers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science/Computer
Engineering or equivalent

• In lieu of degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience
and vice versa
• VMware vCenter and/or Microsoft server certification preferred
• ITIL and SDLC Certifications preferred
