Overview
In support of the Concentra Compensation program the HR Analyst manages the clinical incentive compensation program. The analyst will create monthly reporting, training and be able to explain important trends in regards to compensation, audits and year over year comparisons.

Responsibilities
- Administration of the clinician incentive system from creation of records, edits, import/export files, reporting, calculation and data analysis of the incentive plans
- Maintain accuracy of contract data in clinician incentive system through process audits
- Create and update training for the clinical incentive compensation program and provide monthly training calls
- Create monthly incentive compensation reporting and provide monthly report out to leadership
- Review monthly incentive calculation and payment submission for accuracy
- Identify and lead testing of incentive compensation system
- Provide consultative guidance, interpretation, training to managers, supervisors, and team members related to all compensation programs, policies, actions, and issues
- Create reports and analysis for compensation related projects
- Research and resolve questions, discrepancies, and other ad hoc requests from leadership
- Transfer and processes data for salary adjustments, special payments, and bonuses
- Evaluate accuracy and process electronic Employee Action Form submissions
- Work with end-users to provide functional expertise for coding issues and resolution by analyzing, researching, and implement proper solutions
- Review and research various personnel actions such as employee status changes, promotions, terminations, unpaid leave, etc., to stay in alignment with various company regulations and state mandates
- Assist with managing organization hierarchy between Select Medical and Concentra by working with leadership to correctly assess specific necessary changes
- Complete data entry for day-to-day routine maintenance activities and updates to colleague’s records
- Run and create key HR related business reports using multiple platforms to provide specific information and be an information resource to leaders in the field
- Receive, respond to, and investigate employee and HR staff queries regarding various HR related questions
- Assist HR Services team with legal, audits and various information or data request.
- Identify and document current and future processes in the Human Resource Department

Qualifications
Education/credentials
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience
- In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Job-related experience
- Customarily has at least two or more years of functional HR experience
- Customarily has at least two or more years of using HR enterprise systems such as SAP, Lawson, Peoplesoft, Utilipro or Oracle
- Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint and similar databases
