Responsibilities

The Field Training Manager is accountable for assisting centers maintain compliance with quality assurance, medical and operational support training activities, improve on specific metrics, support the creation, deployment, and refinement of operational and clinical processes, procedures and associated documentation.  Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying Orange Book Behaviors.

The Details

  • Partner and coordinate with VP, Regional, Area and Center level leadership to identify needs and develop strategic training plans
  • Deliver training and coaching within an assigned area of responsibility
  • Support and promote the roll out, implementation and adoption of national programs
  • Review reports and collect data to track and measure ROI metrics for coaching/ training initiatives that pertain to skill development and performance competencies
  • Provide training and coaching for new center acquisitions, denovos, onsites and/or to accommodate special requests.
  • Assist centers on improving operational metrics as outlined by senior regional leadership
  • Manage and support the Medical Support Preceptor Program
  • Collaborate with instructional design team on analysis, design, and implementation
  • Create, update/revise documentation in support of center clinical/medical support processes
  • Contribute to and collaborate on medical support training programs
  • Support to and contribute to the development of operational and medical support processes and procedures
Qualifications

Education/credentials

  • BS in Healthcare, Education, or Training and Development/Organizational Development/Human Resources preferred
  • Clinical certifications - RN, LPN, NP, PA, or other Healthcare credentials preferred

Job-related experience 

  • 3-5 years related experience with a proven track record in deploying and managing training & development efforts.
  • Experience in healthcare setting
  • Facilitation and training delivery
  • Ability to work in an environment where confidential and sensitive information are present, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management

Job-related skills/competencies

  • Proficient in medical technical skills and patient care service delivery
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Strong writing and documentation experience and skill
  • Ability to engage organization at various level including Region, Center and Support colleague
