Develops, maintains and executes a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility, traffic and positive sentiment.  Leads the development of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement.  Defines key performance indicators and implements enterprise-level measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success.  Oversees and executes on the reputation management initiatives of the brand at a corporate and center level and manages public operational information to maximize the positive impact on customers and patients.

The Details


Social Media: 

  • Work with internal/external resources to create compelling social media initiatives to drive retention and new acquisition.
  • Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provide guidance for program optimization.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence and strategy.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize based on pre-determined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign assets and optimize user experience.
  • Brainstorm new and creative social media growth strategies
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content on all of our digital distribution channels.
  • Collaborate across functions and teams to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  • Manage and curate selected executive profiles on appropriate social media channels. 

Review Management:

  • Monitor online comments and reviews for assigned entities to understand patient and customer sentiment at an enterprise, regional and center level.
  • Consolidate metrics and provide ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provide guidance for program optimization.
  • Respond to comments and reviews based on established policy.
  • Discern situations in which action is required and assign / follow up via established organizational avenues.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to drive expected results. 

Listing Management:

  • Engage with operational teams to be aware of current hours of operation, emergency closures and special scheduling in order to take appropriate action.
  • Develop and execute on processes to maintain accurate operational data on public publisher sites through available tools.
  • Engage with current toolset (Yext) to maximize retention and acquisition impact.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to drive expected results.

  • B.A./B.S. in related field - required
  • M.S. in related field - preferred 

Job-related experience 

  • 5-7 years Social Media Management experience
  • 2-5 years Content Marketing experience
  • 2-5 years Local Marketing and Listing Management experience
  • 2-5 years Reputation Management experience
