West Palm Beach, FL 

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm - No nights or weekends required

  • 3 Clinician Team - work alongside 2 experienced PA-C each day
  • Partner with On-Site Physical Therapist with our in-house PT department 
  • OnSite digital x-ray
  • Robust front & back office support team
  • Collaborate with Center Operations Director & Center Physical Therapy Director 
  • Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services, including, but not limited to:
    • Preventive services for local businesses:  pre-employment & maintenance physical exams, surveillance testing, biometric & wellness events 
    • Treatment of minor injuries sustained at work & crafting return to work plans
  • Urgent Care services (unrelated to the workplace) are also offered, although this remains a small percentage of total visits.  We are not accepting sick visits at this time.

Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Leadership that focuses on people development, specifically mentoring, training and developing clinical staff and colleagues
  • Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management
  • Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook as well as identify indicators for clinical improvement while also confirming accurate records/billing
  • Build an appropriate treatment environment throughout center that follows State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/ WC Regulations

Qualifications

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS

  • Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred in related ABMS or AOA recognized specialty
    • Occupational Medicine/Preventive Medicine
    • Family Medicine
    • Internal Medicine
    • Emergency Medicine 
    • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
    • Orthopedics
  • Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare (for Urgent Care credentialing)
