JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Clinical Manager you will:
- Provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional healthcare services in a clinical setting
- Participate in managing the center’s medical treatment activities and coordinating center activities with those of other centers
- Partner to create an environment of clear responsibility, authority, autonomy, and accountability that energizes and encourages staff to perform at their personal best
- Mentor back-office staff to enhance existing competencies and develop new ones through education and training opportunities, while demonstrating patience, skill, and the ability to help others succeed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
- Two years of experience preferred
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program
- Medical license, Physician Assistant license, or Nurse Practitioner license

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $131,000 to $170,000 annually depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
