Position Summary
The IT Systems Support Specialist I is on the front line of IT support, servicing colleagues with their computing issues. Focused on providing excellent customer service, this role is available to handle requests and incidents with end user systems, applications, peripherals, and mobile devices.

The Details
• Provide systems support on assigned Service Now Tickets and tasks that address escalated service requests
• Configure laptop, desktop, and thin client systems
• Provide Move/Add/Change (MAC) support for all employees at Corporate and field locations
• Deploy images to all thin client systems, laptop, and desktop
• Provide End User (EU) application support

• Associates degree in related field from an accredited college or university with a focus on computer information systems or equivalent education and experience
• In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 2:1 meaning one year of college equals two years of work experience and vice versa
• A+ Certification preferred

Job-related Experience
• Customarily has at least 1 or more years of experience in desktop support to include working knowledge of PC applications & PowerShell scripting technologies
• Knowledge related to hardware and network connectivity configurations and troubleshooting is preferred
