In addition to our full suite of preventive and treatment services, Concentra helps employers develop written drug and alcohol policies adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. In addition to employees covered under DOT regulations, all employees under the Department of Transportation, Pipeline Industry, U.S. Coast Guard, and Federal Transit, Research and Special Projects, Federal Aviation, and Federal Railroad Administrations are required to have a written drug and alcohol policy in place.
This includes employees in positions such as public transportation drivers (e.g., bus drivers), shuttle services, hotel shuttle services, truck driver schools, warehouse distribution centers (e.g., truck drivers), railroad conductors, and heavy equipment operators–as well as other roles in the airline, transportation, and associated industries.
