It is our priority and duty to account for each of our Concentra colleagues within the hurricane-affected region as our colleague safety is important to us. If you haven't already contacted your immediate supervisor/manager, or are unable to reach your manager/supervisor, please immediately contact either Nancy Starling, Senior HR Manager, at (210) 347-5828, or nancy_starling@concentra.com; or Kim Humlick, Regional Operations Director, at (832) 364-0427. Please provide the following information: 1) Your first and last name, 2) name of center/address of location where employed, 3) your current location (city and state), 4) a phone number where you can be reached.
As of this posting at 9:00 a.m.. CST, Thursday, August 30, 2012, operations for the following Concentra Urgent Care Centers in southeast Louisiana remain closed as we begin to recover from Hurricane Isaac within the region:

Concentra Prepares for Hurricane Issac's Arrival
As of this posting at 5:00 p.m. CST, Tuesday, August 28, 2012, due to the arrival of Hurricane Isaac and advised mandatory state of emergency preparations for southeast Louisiana parishes, the following Concentra facilities will be closed on Wednesday, August 29, 2012:
