Concentra’s occupational nurse at the WTC
site, Reggi Shane, is also a survivor of the 9/11
terrorist attacks. She pours her heart and soul
into the rebuilding project.

Reggi Shane, RN, an occupational nurse at Concentra’s World Trade Center worksite clinic, was the feature of a September 10 New York Times article titled, ‘Still on Duty at Ground Zero, the Indomitable Nurse Reggi.’

She was there in 1993, as a nurse in the employee health unit of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, when the first terrorist attack happened. She was there in 2001 when the buildings came down. And she went back in 2006 to work for Concentra’s worksite occupational health clinic serving the construction of the Freedom Tower project.

Congratulations, Nurse Reggi, and thank you for exemplifying so clearly our values of a healing focus, a selfless heart, and a tireless resolve.
