Concentra’s primary care centers offer a custom approach to routine medical care, available to employees at the workplace. These employee health centers are designed to meet the personal health care needs of workers and, if applicable, their families. Primary care program elements can be customized to best suit each employer’s needs. The scope of care can be limited to urgent and episodic for conditions such as flu, minor injuries, and allergies, or can be expanded to provide care for chronic medical conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

Should an employee need outside referral to a specialist, Concentra’s provider will help schedule this visit with a physician in the participant’s medical plan.
